HBA Builder members are invited to a private roundtable discussion on September 23rd at Havertown Carpet in West Chester. The event will feature guest Joseph Viscuso, author of the upcoming book called "Who Killed the American Dream? How America Built, Broke and Can Reclaim Housing Affordability." This book traces the full arc—the history of the housing market, what drove its rise, what shattered its momentum, and what stands in the way of its return. The evidence laid out points toward an answer that most people do not expect.

Joseph Viscuso, PE, PLS, ENV SP, has 50+ years in residential land development, expert witness in land use litigation, SVP at Pennoni, Retired Adjunct Professor at Widener University. His presentations are grounded in field experience and oriented toward practical action.
