Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a panel of industry experts, including leaders in government affairs, real estate development, and housing policy. They will explore topics including government regulations, emerging trends in housing markets, legal challenges faced by developers and homeowners, and innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse housing needs of our community members. We also welcome special guest, Lake Coulson, Chief Lobbyist, NAHB (National Association of Home Builders)
